For applications where the product will be used in high care areas, EF-Pack have a range of bag insertion or bag in box machines as they are also known. The bags are formed over the presented box and blown into the box, leaving an overlap. After the bag is filled the overlapped bag is folded down into the box before case sealing. The BIM900 is capable of up to 10 cases per minute being reliably produced. These systems can be integrated into fully automated production lines. They are also capable of double bagging the case.
After bag inserting we offer the automatic bag sealing system the BSM900. This system takes the filled bags within the box, lifts the folded edges from the box. The bag edges are pressed together and sealed using a longitudinal, smoke free process. The box can then be automatically sealed. This process is a very cost effective system used in the frozen products, prepared meals, printed packaging, agricultural products & oil industries.
