Stretch Wrapping

Whether you are in the market for a simple non stretch manual rotary wrapper to a fully integrated orbital stretch wrapping system we have a machine to suit. Working with EF-Pack we can supply the correct machine.

All EF equipment is PLC controlled. This is more reliable than the card based systems which some of the manufactures opt for. PLC control allows greater adaptability both at the time of purchase and as time progresses. Also PLC systems use standard off the shelf hardware, so keeping your investment in working order is a lot easier.

We also are increasingly selling more of the robotic mobile units which are very versatile in the warehouse environment. Its as simple as parking the machine beside the pallet, attaching the film and walking away. It does the rest!

The fully automatic integrated systems we supply will cater for up to 120 pallets per hour. These systems can apply top sheets to the pallets before wrapping occurs, to provide further protection to the material on the pallet. These large high speed machines can be integrated into fully automated lines. Various options can be easily integrated to cater for the different product types e.g. the use of top platen to stabilise the load as the film is being applied.
