Articulated Arm Robotic Palletisers

PackandPallet has various robotic palletising systems installed throughout Ireland. These range from simple stand alone robots palletising bags to rail mounted robots palletising from several production lines at the one time. We have written and developed our own template derived software which means we can deliver projects faster, which in turn makes it more affordable. Most of the work around gripper design is completed in house, with specialty parts being sourced from trusted suppliers.

Articulated arm type robots are chosen if the project requires different product types to be palletised simultaneously. Articulated arm type palletising is suitable for low to medium number of movements per minute. We use ABB and Kawasaki robotics depending on the application and the customer.

Layer Palletisers

Layer palletisers are used to palletise singular type products. They are not suitable if the requirement is to palletise several different products at the one time. They are suitable for high volume end of line palletising. We have several layer palletisers installed and the throughput is very impressive.
